The seat valve type structure is combined with conical sealing technology, the sealing surface contact pressure is uniform, and the leakage is only 1/5 of the sliding valve type reversing valve, which is suitable for high-pressure (≤35MPa) systems;

‌Installation and commissioning specifications‌

The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 7-9 standard. Before installation, the pipeline must be flushed and equipped with a 10μm filter to prevent the valve core from getting stuck;

When internal oil control is used, a back pressure valve (pressure ≥1MPa) must be added to the return oil pipeline under the neutral unloading condition to avoid insufficient control pressure of the main valve.

‌Control mode selection and restrictions‌

External oil control requires a separate auxiliary oil source (low-pressure pump is recommended) to avoid high-pressure energy waste in the main system;

High-frequency switching scenarios (such as injection molding machines) require the temperature rise of the electromagnet to be verified (≤80℃) to prevent the coil from overheating and failure.

‌Maintenance and troubleshooting‌

Check the flexibility of the valve core movement and the wear of the seals every 500 hours, and replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every 2000 hours;

If the switching is stuck, prioritize checking for foreign matter blockage (focus on checking the pilot valve filter element) or insufficient thrust of the electromagnet (test the coil resistance value).

‌Measures for special working conditions‌

When starting in a low temperature environment (≤5℃), the oil needs to be preheated to above 15℃ to prevent the viscosity from being too high and causing switching delay;

When multiple valves are used in parallel, the signal synchronization needs to be calibrated to avoid hydraulic shock (it is recommended to install a buffer valve or accumulator).
