‌Installation and commissioning specifications‌

The installation direction must be consistent with the fluid flow direction (horizontal or vertical), and the pipe diameter must be enlarged by one gear when the length of the drainage pipe exceeds 20m to avoid back pressure interference;

When the system pressure test exceeds the rated value of the pressure relief valve, the front-end shut-off valve of the pressure relief valve must be closed to prevent damage to the valve body.

‌Operational restrictions and monitoring requirements‌

Overpressure operation is prohibited (refer to the rated pressure of the specific model, such as 32MPa for the DB10 series), and system pressure fluctuations and valve body vibration signals are regularly monitored;

Ensure that the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil meets the NAS 1638 7-9 standard, and configure a 10μm filter to prevent the valve core from getting stuck.

‌Maintenance and troubleshooting‌

Check the wear status of seals every 500 hours, replace hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every 2000 hours;

If control failure occurs, prioritize checking for pipeline blockage, wear of main valve/pilot valve seals or foreign matter blocking.

‌Measures for special working conditions‌

Preheat the hydraulic oil to above 15°C before starting in a cold environment to prevent delayed response of the valve core due to insufficient low-temperature fluidity;

In high-frequency pressure relief scenarios, it is recommended to install an accumulator or buffer device to reduce the impact of hydraulic shock on the sealing of the valve body.
