High separation precision

processes, the separation of copper and plastic is thorough, the
copper recovery rate can reach more than 99%, the output of pure

Wide range of application
It can deal with many kinds of waste cables, including copper wire,
aluminum wire, mixed cable, automobile electric wire, fine wire,
woolen wire, etc. It does not need to be classified in advance, so
it can meet the demand of different materials recycling.
Operating Principle
When the copper wire recycling machine works, the waste copper wire
is firstly sent into the shredder to be cut into small sections,
and then refined into particles by the pulverizer. Utilizing the
difference in density and conductivity between copper and plastic,
through gravity sorting, airflow sorting or electrostatic sorting,
the copper particles are separated from the plastic, and the dust
collection system collects dust during the process, and ultimately
outputs the pure copper particles and plastic respectively,
realizing the recycling of resources.
