stainless steel skins with a non-combustible rock wool core to
deliver up to EI₁₈₀ fire ratings, excellent thermal insulation (λ ≈
0.036 W/m·K), and sound attenuation (up to RW 45 dB). Precision CNC
laser cutting, press-brake forming, TIG welding, turret punching,
and electropolishing ensure ±0.1 mm tolerances, seamless welds, and
hygienic finishes—ideal for demanding commercial, industrial, and
cleanroom door systems.
Overview
This fire-rated panel consists of:
1. Exterior and interior skins of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel
for corrosion resistance and durability.
2. A stone wool (rock wool) core that is non-combustible up to 1000
°C and provides stable thermal insulation and acoustic dampening.
