Ocean Shipping
For oversize plate, we use Flat Rack Container for shipping
1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel
straps, and ratchet
tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.
2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the
entire cargo with
waterproof tarps.
3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly
distributed center of
gravity to avoid tilting during the transportation.

We produce 5052, 5454, 6061, 3003 aluminum sheet for Mexico
customers, they use these material
to produce their tank trailer, 5454 is for the tank body, 5052 is for
the head and bafflex, 6061 is for
the pipe ending to tie with valves with screws, 3003 is for the
ladder to the access hole etc.
