    Introduction

    The KTG160 multi-component gas analyzer is a new type of analytical instrument developed by our company for online detection of multiple components (such as the contents of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, oxygen, hydrogen, and dew point, etc.) in a sample gas, which is used in explosion-proof scenarios.

    For this instrument, original imported infrared sensors are used for components such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and methane; imported electrochemical, magneto-mechanical or laser oxygen sensors are used for oxygen; imported micro-flow thermal conductivity gas sensors are used for hydrogen; and imported polymer-material capacitive-resistive dew point sensors are used for the dew point.


    Application Areas

    The KTG160 multi-component gas analyzer is widely applied to scenarios with inflammable and explosive substances, such as calcium carbide furnace tail gas, liquefied natural gas, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, and electronic power industry.


    Instrument Features

    • Integrated explosion-proof design, with a simple structure and a reasonable layout.
    • New gas circuit steady flow system, featuring advanced technology, high precision, fast response, and stable performance.
    • Full Chinese man-machine dialogue menu, and the infrared remote control operation is intuitive and convenient.
    • The instrument is equipped with a high-performance embedded integrated TFT true-color display screen, which can simultaneously display parameters such as the measured value, historical curve, range, status, etc. All instrument parameters can be configured, calibrated, and tested in the form of full Chinese remote control. Historical records and curves can be set according to time.
    • Alarm points and upper and lower control points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
    • With a 64M memory and a 128M FLASH USB interface, it is convenient for customers to store data.
