synopsis
Using double-speed chain traction ,the tooling plate can be freely
transferred, and the positioning of stopper is used to make the
workpiece move or stop freely . The workpiece can be automatically
lifted at both ends and traversed.Online can set up rotation,
special plane, testing equipment ,manipulator ,etc. It is used in
tne assembly and assembly of electric tools ,household appliances
such as color TVs ,air conditioners, various instrument and
electromechanical products.
Composition
It mainly contains speed doubling chain, rail, frame, driving
device, tensioning device and control system. The speed doubling
chain consists of rolling parts (rollers, rollers and sleeves,
etc.) and stop-locking parts (inner/outer chain plates and axle
pins, etc.).
Working Principle
Using the speed increasing function of the speed doubling chain, it
makes the work plate which carries the goods to run quickly, and
stops it at the corresponding operation position by using the
blocking mechanism, or completes the stacking action and the
functions of moving, transposition, and turning line by
instruction.
