Structural Composition
- Driving device: generally consists of motor, reducer,
transmission device, active sprocket device, providing power for
the conveyor line.
- Tensioning device: to ensure that the chain is moderately taut to
avoid slack derailment, commonly used spiral tensioning method.
- Chain: made of high-strength alloy steel, such as large-pitch
special curved plate chain, hollow large roller with attachment
chain, etc., with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and other
characteristics, cyclic reciprocating movement to provide traction
power.
- Chain plate: made of carbon steel, stainless steel, thermoplastic
chain, plastic steel, polymer material, etc., with various widths
and shapes, as the carrier of materials.
- Frame: welded from channel steel, angle steel and reinforced
steel plate, including head frame, middle frame, tail frame, etc.,
providing support for the whole conveying line.
Features
- Large conveying capacity: it can carry large loads, such as
electric cars, motorcycles, generators, etc. The maximum load per
meter can reach 500kg.
- Smooth conveying: the conveying surface is flat and smooth, with
low friction, smooth material transition, stable chain operation,
no jittering and shaking and other phenomena.
- Accurate and stable speed: it can ensure precise synchronous
conveying, and the speed of the line can be adjusted in various
ways, such as electromagnetic speed control, frequency conversion
speed control, mechanical speed control, etc. - Flexible layout: it
can be used in one conveyor line.
