information. In the production process, 100% online detection
equipment is set up in key processes, such as the use of
high-resolution image recognition system to detect product
appearance defects, and the pressure sensor to monitor the adhesion
of products. In the finished product inspection stage, simulate a
variety of movement scenarios and flow conditions, and strictly
test the absorption and leak-proof performance of the product to
ensure that each pair of menstrual pants meet high quality
standards, and the defective rate is controlled within 0.02%.

rapid mold change system. When it is necessary to switch from one
specification or style of menstrual pants to another, such as
switching from a regular size to a larger size, or from an ordinary
version to a high-waist belly version, technicians can complete the
mold change in a very short time with the help of sophisticated
mold positioning and rapid disassembly and installation devices.
The entire switching process can usually be completed within
3minutes, significantly reducing equipment downtime, enabling the
production line to respond quickly to different order requirements,
increasing the type and quantity of product output per unit time,
and significantly improving production efficiency.
Intelligent production scheduling and equipment collaboration: Intelligent production scheduling software is introduced, which
integrates multi-source information such as order information,
real-time operation status of equipment, and raw material inventory
data. Precise planning of production tasks through complex
algorithms, reasonable arrangement of the work sequence and time of
each production equipment. For example, when multiple production
lines are running at the same time, the system can intelligently
allocate orders according to the capacity of the equipment and the
urgency of the task, ensure that the equipment works together,
