Quick cleaning and switching of equipment: Production line equipment is designed to facilitate quick cleaning
and switching modes. When switching between different product
specifications, the use of modular cleaning tools and rapid
connection structure, technicians can complete the key parts of the
equipment cleaning and parts replacement in a short time. For
example, from the production of ordinary daily sanitary napkins to
night and long models, the entire cleaning and switching process
can be completed within 30 minutes, significantly reducing
equipment downtime, improving production efficiency, and meeting
the diversified needs of the market.
Energy recovery and reuse system: The energy recovery and reuse system is introduced to recover and
transform the waste heat and pressure in the production process.
For example, heat exchangers can be used to collect waste heat from
drying processes and use it to heat raw materials or produce water,
reducing energy consumption. Through the pressure recovery device,
the residual pressure generated during the operation of the
equipment is converted into electrical energy and fed back to the
power supply system of the production line. It is estimated that
the system can reduce the overall energy consumption of the
production line by 15%-20% and effectively reduce the production
cost.
Automatic sorting and recycling of defective products: Install automatic sorting equipment for defective products, and
use image recognition and sensor technology to detect products on
the production line in real time. Once defective products are
found, such as dimensional deviation, absorption core displacement

immediately. At the same time, the defective products recycling
system is equipped to repair and reuse the repairable defective
