Introduction of PPGI steel coil :

PPGI steel coil are coated with galvanized strip or aluminized zine silicon on a continuous set. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and learning), a layer or multi layer liquid coating is coated with roll coating.

The plate is coated by baking and cooling. Because coatings can have different colors, it is customary to use coated steel plates as coloured coated steel plates. The products obtained by coating organic coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum zinc silicon are hot dip galvanized color coated boards or aluminized zinc silicon color coated boards.

In addition to zinc's protective properties, the organic coating on the surface provides insulation and rust prevention, offering a longer service life compared to hot-dip galvanized steel sheets.

Pre-painted steel coils (color-coated steel coils) combine the mechanical strength of steel with excellent formability, along with superior decorative appeal and corrosion resistance.

Thanks to their strong interlayer adhesion, color-coated plates retain their vibrant appearance for extended periods. As a result, they are widely used in architectural exteriors and consumer electronics, enhancing both durability and a sleek, sophisticated finish.
