PVC Compounds Product Description
90℃ polyethylene sheathing material is based on polyethylene resin,
adding plasticizers, stabilizers, ultraviolet absorption shielding
agents and other additives, and is mixed, plasticized, kneaded and
granulated. It is suitable for electric power applications. ,
instrumentation, communication, electrical equipment wire and cable
sheath. 90℃ polyvinyl chloride sheath material has good mechanical
and physical properties. Power cables made of this material have a
service temperature of -20℃~90℃, and their performance meets the
IEC standard TC18 and TC20 series of ST1, ST2, ST4 and ST5 cables.

The particles of PVC cable sheath material are round and smooth,
bright in color, good in internal and external lubrication, no
discoloration, no oiling, good fluidity, good stability, and
excellent basic performance. A good extrusion surface can be
obtained by extruding with an ordinary PVC screw.
The recommended temperature settings for each zone of the extruder
are as follows:
