improved by adding special performance additives or modifiers.

Our PVC cable compounds are widely used in fire cables, indoor and
outdoor network cable jackets and insulation layers, etc. It can
meet the requirements of various standards such as GB, UL, and VDA.
The flame retardant rating can meet IEC, UL and other requirements,
such as Class A bundled combustion, CMR, CMP combustion, etc., and
the oxygen index can reach up to 48%. Oil-resistant and
low-temperature resistant materials can be customized.

Heat resistant 105℃PVC wire and cable insulation materials are
widely used in the connection of power and signaling devices within
electrical electronics,
instruments and mechanical equipment, as well as the connection
lines within household appliances.
Its main uses include but are not limited to the insulation layer
of low voltage (≤ 1KV) and medium and high voltage (6~ 10KV)
cables.

PVC Compounds Processing Method:
Taking the Ф65 extruder as an example, the ideal melt temperature
range of this product is 135～175℃, and the heating zone should be
135～175℃. The die temperature should be carefully checked before
starting the machine to avoid eccentricity and uneven bonding
between the insulation layer and the sheath layer caused by
over-plasticization or poor plasticization.
