These are our custom POM and Derlin NC machined parts. POM, also known as steel, is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and wear resistance. It has strong self-lubrication, low water absorption and good dimensional stability, and is widely used in precision parts processing, such as gears, sliders, shaft sleeves and so on. POM has good electrical insulation and chemical resistance at the same time, and is an ideal material to replace metal parts. It has the following characteristics:

• High strength and rigidity: Maintain good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range
• Low friction coefficient: strong self-lubrication, excellent wear resistance, suitable for moving parts
• Good dimensional stability: CNC machining POM parts have low water absorption, and are not easy to deform after processing
