    3.PVC Powder Coating or Dip Coating

    4.Curing & Gelation (Natural Gas Oven)
    The coated mesh passes through a gas-fired curing oven to fully melt and cure the PVC.

    5.Cooling & Solidification
    Air or water cooling systems to rapidly cool the PVC-coated mesh.
    Prevents sagging or uneven coating.
    6.Inspection & Quality Control

    7.Cutting & Stacking
