Working principle
When the double-cone mixer works, the motor drives the double-cone
cylinder to rotate around the horizontal axis. The material in the
cylinder climbs to the height with the wall of the cylinder, and
falls freely under the action of gravity, forming a throwing
motion. Because of the double-cone shape of the cylinder, the
movement path of the material is complex, both up and down, and
axial and radial flow. In this process, different positions of
materials interspersed with each other, resulting in diffusion
mixing; The material as a whole will flow from one end of the
cylinder to the other end to achieve convective mixing. At the same
time, there is friction and shear force between the material
