It has a simple and compact structure, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, and can flexibly adapt to different production environments. Working principle
When the U-screw conveyor is working, the motor in the drive device starts, converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, adjusts the speed through the reducer, and outputs stable and adaptive power to the central shaft. The central shaft drives the spiral blade tightly around it to rotate in the U-shaped groove. The material enters the U-shaped groove from the feed port. During the rotation of the spiral blade, the spiral surface constantly exerts the thrust along the tangent direction of the spiral line on the material. Due to the obstruction of the U-shaped slot, the material cannot move in a circle with the spiral blade. It can only move in a straight line from the feed end to the discharge end along the axial direction of the U-shaped slot under the action of the axial component of the thrust, and finally output from the discharge port to realize the efficient and continuous conveying process of the material.
