Working principle
When the vertical screw lifting machine is running, the driving device starts and drives the screw body to rotate at high speed. The spiral body is composed of a spiral blade and a central shaft. After the material enters the chute from the feed port, it contacts the spiral blade. With the rotation of the spiral blade, the material is pushed along the direction of the spiral. The thrust force can be divided into vertical and horizontal components. The vertical component overcomes the gravity of the material and gradually lifts it upward. The horizontal component force makes the material fit the spiral blade to avoid scattering. At the same time, the friction between the material and the spiral blade and the inner wall of the material groove further assists the stable upward transportation of the material. In this way, with the synergistic effect of screw propulsion and friction transmission, the material is effectively lifted vertically from low to high.

Spiral vulnerable: when conveying materials, spiral blades and materials, the inner wall of the groove frequent friction, especially conveying high hardness, abrasive materials, spiral blades wear seriously, need regular replacement maintenance.
