The hammer mill beaters are used to crush and grind materials that are fed into the hammer mill. The beaters are mounted on bars and rotate together with the shafts at high speed. The beater strikes the material, breaking it down into smaller particles when the shaft rotates. The beater is the most important part of the hammer mill and the easiest wearing-out part. The beater's shape, size, arrangement, and production quality have a big impact on the grinding efficiency and finished product quality. The high-speed-running beater's machining accuracy has a great effect on the balance of the rotor of the hammer mill.

The company has 21 sets of four-axis CNC gun-drilling machine tools that equipped with large vertical vacuum furnace for quenching. Our fine products with good features, like good wearing resistance,highdegree of finishing,high cost performance.

The productivity of pellet feed by our ring die is up to 40 million tons per year.
