The screw conveyor is a kind of equipment widely used in industrial

Working principle
The working principle of the screw conveyor is based on the
rotating motion of the spiral blade. When the driving device drives
the spiral shaft and the blade to rotate, the material will be
subjected to the thrust of the spiral blade. In the shaftless screw
conveyor, the spiral body directly pushes the material to move the
conveying trough; in the shafted screw conveyor, the material is
pushed by the spiral blade and moves forward along the axial
direction of the spiral shaft in the shell At the same time, the
material will also produce a component force perpendicular to the
spiral shaft, which may cause the material to roll and mix during
the conveying process, achieving the stable and continuous
conveying of the material, and conveying the material from the feed
port to the discharge port.
