CNC hydraulic Guillotine shear
Features and characteristics,
1. Using computer CAD design. The main frame, blades holder and other important parts are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the rationality and strength of the frame and structure. The whole welding structure is adopted for the frame and upper blades holder, and the German technology is used for eliminating internal stress. The accuracy is maintained well.
2. The Hydraulic Shear is a variable Rake Action machine which is produced in a variety of cutting capacity. Cutting angle, Blades gap/clearance, cutting wdith and cutting length all are controlled and adjusted by CNC controller P40T or DAC360T according to different plates thickness and length. It improves the shearing effective and shearing quality.
3. Our standard machine is arremblied normal motor. But now one new high-power servo motor can be applied to our hydraulic plate shearing machine. When the machine is not working, the motor is in the stop state, which can not only prevent the oil temperature of the oil tank from rising too fast, but also save electricity, save energy and environmental protection and reduce production costs.

4. Introducing advanced European technology and adopting integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability. more reliable and easy for maintenance.Siemens motors, Hydraulic system uses skin-bag accumulator as auxiliary energy, absorbs pressure impact at the same time, machine tool runs smoothly and has low noise.Allead pumps and Rexroth hydraulic valves are used ont the Shear.
5. High precision back gauge with ball screw and linear guider.The distance of the backgauge is adjusted by AC motor or servo motor and is easy adjusted and displayed by NC controller Germany ELGO P40T or Delem DAC360T.
6. Equipped lighting-alignment, so easy to align when shearing. special for some users who needs measure different sizes in two sides firstly, and then cut down.
6. It adopts professional gate type tool holder structure. Safe fences have been assemblied onto the machine to avoid hands enter the holddown and cutting area, and ensure the operation safety.
