DEBON Impact bed
We are a professional manufacturer of conveyor belt accessories,
such as conveyor impact bed, conveyor impact bar, pulley lagging,
conveyor belt cleaner, conveyor skirt board, etc.
impact bed is Installed under the belt loading zone, DEBON's impact
bed is designed to protect the conveyor belt at key transfer point
areas.
While the UHMWPE has very low coefficient of friction, Rubber has
high resilience, impact absorption properties. our impact bed
assemblies are designed and manufactured to give a long and trouble
free performance with minimum maintenance.

About conveyor impact bar:
1. UHMWPE cap + rubber cusion + steel T-slot or Aluminium T-slot
2. high wear resistant, impact resistant, belt supporting, protect conveyor belt,
3. easy installing and replacement.
Features:
1. Using a special UHMW polyethylene surface, so that the
coefficient of friction between the belt and the cushioning strip
to minimize, and good wear resistance.
2. Fine rubber buffer layer is sufficiently effective to absorb the
impact of the whereabouts of the material, greatly reducing the
impact on the conveyor belt when the materials drop, the real point
is to improve the blanking force status.
