Impact Bed
DEBON is a professional manufacturer of conveyor belt accessories,

impact bed is Installed under the belt loading zone, DEBON's impact
bed is designed to protect the conveyor belt at key transfer point
areas.
In addition, no more bent idler shafts and frames, or worn out
rollers to replace. An easy and safe slide sideways out of the
supporting arms/frames without raising the belt, which ensures
simple rollers/bars replacement.

About conveyor impact bar:
1. UHMWPE cap + rubber cusion + steel T-slot or Aluminium T-slot
2. high wear resistant, impact resistant, belt supporting, protect conveyor belt,
3. easy installing and replacement.
Features:
1. Using a special UHMW polyethylene surface, so that the
coefficient of friction between the belt and the cushioning strip
to minimize, and good wear resistance.
2. Fine rubber buffer layer is sufficiently effective to absorb the
impact of the whereabouts of the material, greatly reducing the
impact on the conveyor belt when the materials drop, the real point
is to improve the blanking force status.
