Cast Iron 15m³ Per Hour Powder Star Type Ash Unloading Valve
I. Overview.
The Star Type Ash Unloading Valve is generally made of cast or welded carbon steel plate. It is one
of the main equipment for ash discharge of dust removal equipment
and other equipment. The electric ash unloading valve is divided
into normal temperature type and high temperature type, which is
composed of motor, gear difference planetary reducer or needle
fiber cycloid reducer and rotary discharger. It has two series and
60 specifications. The inlet and outlet flanges are type A and the
circular ones are type B.
Characteristics are below:
(1) By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and
output are on the same axis and are directly connected with the
motor, so it has compact structure, beautiful and novel shape,
small volume and light weight
( 2) Smooth operation, low noise, few faults, long service life,
gear parts are made of nodular cast iron and bearing steel. Good
performance and high reliability
( 3) The bearing, gear box and are far away from the valve body to
avoid the influence of high-temperature dust. The front and rear
end covers have good sealing performance to prevent dust leakage
and prolong the service life of motor parts and lubrication system
( 4) The machine has overload and small inertia moment. It is
suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation
( 5) If users need special specifications, such as motor, sprocket
drive and other unloaders, they can contact our factory and can
make them.
II. Working principle and structural characteristics
The star type ash unloading valve is rotated in the cylindrical casing by the rotor with several
blades. The materials falling from the upper hopper are filled in
the space between the blades and discharged with the rotation of
the blades. The valve can be made of cast iron, cast steel,
stainless steel, titanium steel and other materials. The flange
port can be square or circular and other structural forms to meet
the different needs of users.

IV. Instructions for use
1. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before
use, and whether to install overload protection.
2. This product has been added No. 00 lithium grease before leaving
the factory.
3. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine
particle dry materials, such as high humidity and high viscosity
materials, high temperature materials need to be customized
separately.
4. The safety should be paid attention to when starting, and the
hand should not be extended to the rotor part.
