Characteristics of Screw Feeder Conveyor
Screw Feeder Conveyor advantage are : It can realize sealed transportation, which is conducive to the
transportation of easy-to-fly, hot and strong-smelling materials,
which can reduce environmental pollution and improve the working
conditions of port workers.
Easy to load and unload. The horizontal screw conveyor can be
loaded and unloaded at any point on the conveying line; the
vertical screw conveyor can be equipped with a relatively
screw-type reclaiming device to have excellent reclaiming
performance.
Application scope of Screw Feeder Conveyor
Screw Feeder Conveyor is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical
industry, machinery, light industry, grain and food industry.
U-type screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powder Shaped,
granular, small bulk materials, such as cement, fly ash, grain,
chemical fertilizer, mineral powder, sand, soda and so on. U-shaped
screw conveyor is not suitable for transporting materials that are
easy to deteriorate, sticky and easy to caking. The working
environment temperature of the conveyor is usually-20 °40 °, the
temperature of the conveying material is generally 20 °80 °℃, the
U-shaped screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and small
inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle is not more than
15 degrees. If the tilt angle is too large, the tubular screw
conveyor should be selected.
