I. Overview.
Shaftless screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor.
Shaftless screw conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head
assembly, casing, shaftless spiral body, trough liner, inlet,
outlet, cover (when needed), base, etc.
Drive device: Cycloid pin gear reducer or shaft-mounted hard-tooth
surface gear reducer is used. The drive device should be located at
the end of the discharge port as much as possible in the design, so
that the spiral body is in a state of tension during operation.
The head is equipped with a thrust bearing, which can bear the
axial force generated when conveying materials.
Case: The case is U-shaped or O-shaped, with a rain-proof cover on
the upper part, made of stainless steel, carbon steel or glass
fiber reinforced plastic.
Shaftless spiral body: The material is stainless steel or carbon
steel.
Tank lining board: The material is wear-resistant plastic board or
rubber board or cast stone board.
Inlet and outlet: There are two kinds of square and round.
Generally, the form of inlet and outlet is determined by the user.
II.Characteristics are below

effects of mixing, stirring and cooling.
4. The conveying capacity is large, and the material is pushed and
conveyed by the weight of the material itself, which greatly
reduces the power consumption.

6. Fixed or mobile screw conveyors can be set up according to
requirements, increasing the working mode can be optional.
III. Applictaion
Shaftless screw conveyors can convey materials that traditional
shaft screw conveyors and belt conveyors cannot or are difficult to
convey, such as granular and powdery materials, wet and pasty
materials, semi-fluid and viscous materials, easy to wind and easy
to block Materials, mainly used in chemical industry, papermaking,
environmental protection and other industries to transport
materials with strong adhesion, paste-like viscous materials (such
as chemical raw materials, waste paper pulp, malt, sludge, etc.)
and easily entangled materials (such as domestic garbage)
