WLS Type U shape Viscous Material Used Sludge Screw Sonveyor
I. Overview.
Shaftless screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor. Shaftless
screw conveyor consists of driving device, shaftless screw, cover,
bracket, inlet and outlet, base, etc.
The shaftless screw conveyor drives the spiral body to rotate
through the rotation of the motor to push the material to the place
where it needs to be unloaded. During the whole process, the
material does not follow the spiral blade to rotate, but is pushed
forward by the moving blade in the rotation. The shaftless screw
conveyor can be equipped with multiple inlets and outlets.
II.Characteristics are below
1. Flexible transportation, multiple loading and unloading points
can be set up according to requirements.
2. The operation and conveying process are safe and reliable.
3. During the conveying process, the screw device can complete the
effects of mixing, stirring and cooling.
4. The conveying capacity is large, and the material is pushed and
conveyed by the weight of the material itself, which greatly
reduces the power consumption.
5. High tightness to reduce dust.
6. Fixed or mobile screw conveyors can be set up according to
requirements, increasing the working mode can be optional.
III. Applictaion
Shaftless screw conveyors are suitable for conveying viscous, mushy
and viscous materials, such as sludge, muck with high water
content; conveying easily entangled materials, fibrous materials,
such as household garbage, wood chips, wood chips, etc.
