Features of Trough Auger Conveyor
(1)The spiral shaft and shaft connection are all embedded tongue
type, which makes the installation, disassembly and maintenance
very convenient, and the failure rate is less.
(2)The conveyor is of variable diameter structure, the hanging
bearing can not contact with the material, so it has a long life.
(3)It is not easy to jam or block the material when conveying, and
the head and tail bearing seat are outside the shell, so the
bearing is well sealed and can be used for a long time.
(4)The structure is simple and the size is small, so the occupied
area and space is not very big.
(5)It can have more than one inlet and outlet, and can be arranged
flexibly.
(6)Its conveying direction is reversible, so it can convey
materials to two directions at the same time.
(7) It is safe and reliable in operation, and can complete the
process of conveying, mixing, stirring, loosening, heating and
cooling.
Application scope of Trough Auger Conveyor
U Model Screw Conveyer is widely used in building materials,
metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery, light industry, grain and
food industry. U Model Screw Conveyer is suitable for conveying
powder Shaped, granular, small bulk materials, such as cement, fly
ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, mineral powder, sand, soda and so
on. U-shaped screw conveyor is not suitable for transporting
materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and easy to caking.
The working environment temperature of the conveyor is usually-20
°40 °, the temperature of the conveying material is generally 20
°80 °℃, the U-shaped screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and
small inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle is not
more than 15 degrees. If the tilt angle is too large, the tubular
screw conveyor should be selected.
