Quality control product 1 (freeze-dried) and quality control product 2 (freeze-dried): 0.15m Tris buffer (ph7.5) containing 0.5% BSA and 0.05% proclin300 and different contents of folic acid (concentrations are 2.5ng/ml and 10.0ng/ml respectively).

Folic acid anti reagent A (folic acid sample pretreatment reagent 1): ascorbate buffer containing 0.05% proclin300 and 1.0m, pH6.0.

Folic acid anti reagent B (folic acid sample pretreatment reagent 2): potassium phosphate solution containing 0.05% proclin300 and 0.5m, pH6.0.

Folic acid anti reagent C: 0.15 μ G / ml alkaline phosphatase (AP) - labeled folate FA derivative, 1.0mg/ml magnetic microparticles and antibody conjugate of Sheep anti FITC polyclonal antibody, containing 0.5% bovine serum albumin (BSA), 0.05% proclin300, 0.15m Tris buffer, ph8.0.

Folic acid anti reagent D: 0.6 μ G / ml fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) - labeled folate binding protein (bovine origin), 0.15m Tris buffer containing 0.5% BSA and 0.05% proclin300, ph8.0.
