The machine adopts full close structure with primary middle and
high effect air filter to fit one hundred thousand grade
requirement, the tower body is provide cooling air jacket to make
wall temperature less than80 degree, when the material stops on
wall will not to be preheated and softened, it increases the
powdercollection rate (95%) and will not appear mixing and sticking
wall phenomenon.
Integrate spraying, drying fluid granulating in one body to realize
granulating from liquid in one step.
Using the process of spraying, it is particularly suitable for
micro auxiliary raw materials and heat sensitive raw materials. Its
efficiency is 1-2 times than FL boiling granulating machine.
The final moisture of some products can reach to 0.1%. It is
equipped with powder returning device. The rate of granule forming
is more than 85% with 0.2-2mm of diameter.
The improved inner roller multi-flow atomizer can treat the liquid
extract with 1.3g/cm3 of gravity.
At present, this series of machine we can make the type of PGL-150B
which can process 500kg/batch.
Features

flow,95%-98% of water can be evaporated at a moment.The time of
completing the drying is only several seconds. This is especially

solubility. And the final products are high in purity and good in

3.The production procedures are simple and the operation and
control are easy.The liquid with moisture contents of 40-60%(for
special materials,the contents might be up to 90%).can be dried
into the powder or particle products once a time. After the drying
process, there is no need for smashing and sorting,so as to reduce
the operation procedures in the production and to enhance the
product purity.The product particle diameters,looseness and water
contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition
within a certain range. It is very convenient to carry out control
and managment.
