The main differences between straight gear planet reducer and helical
gear planet reducer is as followings,
The structure of the straight or spur gear planetary reducer is
relatively simple, consisting of planetary gears, solar gears, ring
gears, and shells, but the gear overall is directly entering
meshing directly. Therefore the straight gear planetary reducer is
centered on the gear of the sun. The meshing area of the solar gear
and the planetary gear is large. The meshing line of the straight
gear is a straight line parallel to the gear axis. Large, straight
gear reducer can use both dual-support or single support structure,
which is more suitable for occasions with less accuracy
requirements, such as mixing equipment, conveyor belt machinery,
filling equipment, and other relatively simple occasions.
The structure of oblique or helical gear planetary reducer is more
complicated than straight gear. The main composition is the
planetary gear rack inside. There are solar wheels, planet wheels,
and outer gear. The gear on the solar wheel drives the operation of

solar wheels rotate. This planetary gear frame is operated, and
