1. Hot wind allocation system. Through the special design of
adjustable blades and multi -channel blades, the hot air is rotated
in the tower as a whole to form a "tornado" shape. The "Tornado"
hot air makes the fog droplets fully dry. It does not leave dead
ends through the dry cavity to prevent the particle size
distribution of the finished product obtained by the sticky wall of
the material and the uniformed powder.
2. Line speed is an important means to produce small particle size.
Compared with other industries, it has improved the spindle speed
of the atomizer, increased the diameter of the plate, and the high
line speed.
3. Develop a atomized disk made of titanium alloy, sprayed the
pores of oxidation atomized disk, M -shaped atomizer disk, and anti
-return top atomizer disk, and produced different shapes of
particles according to customer needs.
4. Change the structure of the liquid distributor. The liquid is
smoother and more dispersed in the material liquid distributor, and
there will be no blocking, hoarding, and accumulation when
allocating.

System Explanation
This system is designed as an open convection drying system, gear
transmission centrifugation, micro-negative operation. Dry medium
(air) enters the hot air volute after heating the air to the
required temperature via primary filter, the medium filter, and the
hot blast furnace, and then spiral into the drying chamber
controlling by the hot air distributor. The liquid is delivered to
the centrifugal atomizer by the screw pump, and the atomizer
disperses the material liquid into a small fog, the fog droplets
are sufficiently contacted with the hot air, and the solids in the
spiral settlement are achieved. A powder is formed, discharged from
the dry chamber cone bottom, and the water solvent in the material
produces water vapor. Under the suction of the air blower, the dust
is collected by cyclone and water scrubber, and the clean moisture
discharge out of the system.
