The Ceramic Lining is a high-performance abrasion and impact
resisting linings for high-impact, high-pressure applications in
which ceramic tile may not have sufficient structural resistance,
and high-performance rubber may not offer the required wear life.
Our products undergo extensive testing to ensure they can survive
the hardest conditions. Whether in extreme temperatures or severely
impacted areas, our wear resistant liners will provide reliable and
long-lasting wear protection for your equipment.
There are all kinds of shapes for instance square shape, rectangle
shape, trapezoid and some special shape. It is the ideal
wear-resistant materials for wear resistant grinding equipment such
as oil, chemical, mine, steel and electricity industry.
Alumina ceramic wear resistant linings is good liner for mineral
equipment, can be used in cyclone, pipe, bend, discharge,ball mill,
etc. Including 92%, 95% and ZTA series products, alumina ceramic
lining can instead of Mn-steel and other wear-resistant liner and
extend the life of machine.

Ceramic lininers have high hardness, its rockwell hardness is
HRA80-90. Secondly, it has good wear resistance, which can protect
machines lining and improve the life of machines well. Light weight
and good heat resistance also made it become ideal lining products.
