moisture contents 40~60% (for special materials, the contents may
reach 90%.) can be dried into the powder or particle products once
a time. After the drying, there is no need for smashing and
sorting, so as to reduce the operation procedures in the production
and to enhance the product purity. The product particle diameters,
looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the
operation condition in a certain scope. It is very convenient to
carry out the control and management.

Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride(potassium),alkaline dyestuff and
pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic
acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon and
so on.
Plastics and resin: AB,ABS emulsion,uric acid resin,phenolic

Q: What information should be provided in order to get a proposal
or quotation?
A: All our spray dryers are customerized. Before we can work out a
detailed quotation, we have to know the following information:
1) What liquid material are you going to dry? Moisture type and
viscosity ?
2) Moisture content before drying? Target moisture content of dried
powder?
3) Required powder size distribution ?
4) Your recommended drying temperature?
5) Heat souce? Steam, electricity or hot air generator
6) Construction material ? SS304/SS316L
Q: How the dryer will be delivered ?
A: Drying chamber is fixed in a steel frame and then loaded into
container. Spray drying chamber of more than 25 kg evaporation
capacity can't be shipped by normal container.
Q: Do you provide free drying test?
A: Yes. We have pilot plant for free drying test.
