Brief introduction:

2.The machine design is advanced, production capacity is high,
plasticization is good, and energy consumption is low. The extruder
adopts hard gear surface for transmission. It has advantages of low
noise, smooth operation, large loading, long use-life and so on.
Characteristics of the plastic single screw extruder:
1.The extruder is fixed with fault protection, overload alarm,
screw core constant temperature oil circulation system, barrel oil
cooling system, vacuum exhaust pipe and ration feeding device.
2.There are many kinds of electric control system for selection (for
example: PLC auto control system). It is driven by DC motor.
Through inverter or DC speed regulator it can achieve stable
stepless speed adjustment, high precision and energy saving.
Intelligent dual display digital temperature controller is used to
improve control precision and temperature fluctuation.
3.This water-cooling single screw plastic pellet making machine is
single stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for
many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellets,
such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag
materials, etc. The film can be pressed in the compressor and then
be pelletized.
4.Process flow:
Conveying feeding→ Metal detector →Film Agglomerator /Compactor
→Degassing single screw extruder →Hydraulic filer exchanger→ Mould
head →water ring cutting →Dewatering machine→ Air dryer Blowing
system→ Storage hoper→ Finished product packing.

Application of plastic extruder:
SJ series of single-screw extruder can apply to produce such
products with thermoplasticity as pipes of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PMMA,
PVC, as well as plates, sheets, rods, profiles and plastic pellets.
According to different raw materials and product specifications,
screws with different ratios of length diameter and compression,
barrels of different structures and proper driving devices are
adopted so as to make products with high quality.
