Brief introduction:
1.Single screw extruder is composed of Screw, Barrel, Transmission system, die head connector , electric control box,etc.
2.This single screw extruder can use for producing pipe, profile, board and other plastic product.

Characteristics of the plastic single screw extruder:
1.Screw: the screw is a critical part of plastic transimission and plasticization, because of it's rotation, then push the plastic forward,so as to press, melt and mixing the plastic.The screw thread is composed of different function section,so as to good transimission, press, mixing, the plasticization is good, the capacity is high. Screw material adopt nitrided steel(38Cr MOAIA),the screw is made of fine nitriding and grinding, it has hhigh corrision resistance and wear resistance,and has long service life.
2.Barrel:It's a part that paired with the screw, the barrel is made of nitriding steel, inner hole is nireided treatment, in order to achieve higher hardness and good wear resistance.There are 5 units heater in it's outside, the heat transmission through barrel to plastic, to make plastic melt,Each part of the heater cyclinder is provided with five temperature measuring points, it can automatically control in the plastic process temperature range.The five heat zone has air cooling system, it can accelerate barrel cooling and improve the accuracy of temperature control.
3.Die head: It is the part that connect the die head and barrel, inside has heat coil, in case of melt plastic become cool.
4.Transimission system: Transimission system makes the screw rotate uniformly with the necessary torque under the selected process conditions,in order to carry out the screw plasticizing and conveying of plastic.In order to adopt different production requirement of different material, the screw should has different rotation speed. Our single screw extruder adopts frequency converter, through coupling direct drive gear box, and adopt governor to achieve speed regulation, to make the screw rotation smooth stepless in the speed control range.
