APR Tools Full Bore Retrievable Circulating Valve RTTS Tools for

The Full Bore Retrievable Circulating Valve is the RTTS Circulating
Valve in Halliburton type. The RTTS circulating valve is used in
drill stem testing string with RTTS packer and the RTTS circulating
valve can be locked closed when the packer is unset to reverse
fluid around the bottom of the packer. The full bore design of the
RTTS circulating valve allows tubing-type guns and other wire line equipment to pass.
Operation of RTTS Circulating Valve
When the packer is set, the RTTS circulating valve is automatically
locked in the closed position. During well testing operation and
squeezing operations, the lock of RTTS circulating valve can help
prevent the valve from being pumped open. A straight J-lot on the
RTTS circulating valve in the locked-open position can be used with
the straight J-slot (optional) in the packer body. This combination
eliminates the need to turn the tubing to close the circulating
valve or reset the packer after the tubing has been displaced with
cement.

﹡HSE﹡Safety Testing instructions of RTTS Circulating valve
1. When running each pressure test, you must increase pressure
gradually. When the pressure is up to 20MPa, hold on for one
minute, then every 10MPa keep it for one minute until the rating
pressure;
2. During doing the pressure test, the tool should be placed in the
test pit and cover the protecting board on the pressure test plug.
3.During the whole process, make sure the entire test operator keep
away from plug and joint which may lapse.
4.Test area should set isolation, others except operator not
allowed to enter test area.
5.If there is anybody in the test area, it should set isolation,
avoiding test production fly off the test area.
