material, which is a material with high temperature resistance and
water repellency preference and has good high pressure resistance.
The most common solenoid material for solenoid coil is PA66 glass

As long as there is current (whether AC or DC) flowing in the coil,
the coil will heat up. This is a physical phenomenon. If there is
only a voltage (electromotive force) at both ends of the coil,

The main purpose of automation is to optimize the performance of
the refrigeration system, including:
• Use an expansion valve to control the injection of liquid
refrigerant into the evaporator.
• Use the accumulator to compensate for changes in the level of the
condenser.
• Use a solenoid valve with coils to control the flow of liquid to
the evaporator.
• Protect the system with a safety device to prevent pressure from
being too low or too high.
• Use oil separators to minimize oil entry into the system.
• Use a dry filter to prevent damage from moisture and contaminants
in the system.
• Use a sight glass to prevent excess or insufficient refrigerant
in the system and check the refrigerant condition.
• Minimize repair time with shut-off valves or ball valves.

The vapor compression refrigeration system consists of the
following components to form a closed system. The system is filled
with refrigerant, which is driven by the compressor to circulate in
the system pipeline, and absorbs heat through the evaporator and
the condenser to release heat to achieve the cooling function.
(1) Compressor: The compressor used in the conventional refrigerator is a
reciprocating piston type totally enclosed compressor;
(2) Condenser: The condenser of the refrigerator is cooled by natural convection
by air, and the refrigerant vapor is condensed into a liquid, and
the condensers are respectively placed inside the tank walls on
both sides of the refrigerator cabinet.
(3) Evaporator: The evaporator is a component in which the refrigerant evaporates
to produce a cooling effect, and has a refrigerating compartment
evaporator and a freezer compartment evaporator. The refrigerator
compartment evaporator is attached to the foam layer side of the
rear wall of the refrigerator compartment, and the freezer
compartment evaporator is directly fixed in the freezer compartment
tank.
(4) Capillary: The capillary is an elongated copper tube that acts as a
throttling mechanism in the refrigeration system.
(5) Drying filter: It is placed between the condenser and the capillary to absorb
moisture.
