Advantages
1. Cutting structure
In view of the cutting characteristics of the tooth piece in
different parts of the cone, the cone piece is placed in the
permanent contact area, and the wedge piece is placed in the
alternating contact area, which greatly improves the drilling
efficiency. In order to improve the wear resistance of the cutting
structure, a diamond insert is set in the permanent contact area of

the cone from wear.
2. Table structure
The cutting body is equipped with active cutting protection
inserts, so that the drill has good cutting protection and drilling
ability.
3. Bearing structure
High-precision bearings" magazine. The ball locks the cone. Hard
surface bearing surface. Conical bearings made of friction-reducing
alloys. Improve the wear resistance and bite force of the bearing.
Compared with tri-cone bits, tri-cone bits have larger leg
bearings, which can withstand higher drilling weights and higher
reliability.
4. Hydraulic design
The small-angle waterway design increases the thickness of the
shirt hem and effectively prevents waterway erosion. Adopt

Introduction
The fixed diameter hole opener is made of tough heat-treated alloy
steel for maximum strength. The cutter arm is equipped with a
detachable cutter and is hard-faced welded on the valve body. There
are three types to choose from: SM type is used for soft to medium
formations, MH type is used for medium to hard formations, and XH
type is used for hard formations. The hole opener has three or six
nozzles, which can be replaced, so that the jet can quickly clean
the enlarged hole.
