Coils:
The boiler dust collector cleaning control adopts three control
modes: time control, differential pressure control and hybrid
control, which realizes automatic and manual control mode
switching, and realizes automatic switching and manual switching in
the field. At the same time, backflushing and ash removal can
realize off-line and double-line ash removal.
(1) Automatic control
When the boiler dust collector is in operation, the ash removal
control can be selected according to time, pressure difference or
mixing mode, usually by mixed control method (time and pressure
difference combined). The hybrid control method is based on time
and selects the pressure difference. According to the given
pressure difference design value, if the pressure difference is
less than the set value during operation, it will work according to
the set time; if the pressure difference is greater than the set
value, the equipment will be cleaned immediately. When cleaning the
ash, each room of the dust collector is sprayed with ash. When the
complete cleaning is completed, when the pressure is less than the
set value, the timed cleaning is entered. If the pressure is still
greater than the set value, the cleaning is continued. The timing
cleaning is entered until the pressure is less than the set value.
(2) Manual control
In the on-site operation cabinet, each room can be manually
controlled according to the cleaning procedure, once cleaned, and
each room can be cleaned separately. The on-site operation cabinet
is equipped with a manual operation switch device working status
indicator light, which is used for cleaning the production check
and debugging of each equipment of the system.
