When the solenoid is energized, a magnetic field is formed. The
direction of the magnetic field lines can be determined by the
right hand spiral rule. The energized solenoid acts like a strip
magnet and has the ability to attract ferromagnetic materials. If
the ferromagnetic material is placed in a solenoid, a greater
electromagnetic attraction can be produced.The total number of
magnetic lines passing through the face is called flux.
The wire diameter of the coil and the magnetic area of the magnetic
steel directly affect the magnetic force of the solenoid valve
coil, the dc coil can be removed from the core and move freely. The
ac solenoid valve coil can not be pulled out from the iron core,
once pulled out, will cause a surge in the coil current, seriously
burned the coil.

Application Example:
It can be used in all series Goyen type dust collector solenoid
valve:
MM Series electro-magnetic pulse valves are embedded valves (also
called submerged ones) which are directly installed on the manifold
box. They have better flow characteristics and operate with reduced
pressure loss, therefore, they are suitable for conditions where
the pressure of the gas source is relatively low.
T Series electro-magnetic pulse valves is a right-angle valve, with
the 90 degree angle between the inlet and outlet, which is suitable
for the installation connection between the gas dome and the
baghouse blow tube to provide good air flow and dust clean pulses
satisfying the requirements.
DD Series (with 2nuts) electro-magnetic pulse valves are the
right-angle valve same as Z type which is suitable for the
installation connection between the gas dome and the baghouse blow
tube. There are fixed nut at both ends which make it easy to
install and use the valve.
FS Series High performance diaphragm valve with flanged inlet and
sliding seal outlet for easy installation and removal. Available
with integral pilot or remote control valve. The exit and entrance
are at a 90 degree angle.
