The SLGP twin-screw pump offers a range of convincing advantages
that are concentrated at the highest possible cost and
productivity. In a combined system, we offer pumps of different
sizes and screw sizes of different sizes, covering conveyors
ranging from 40 L/h to 150 t/h and particle diameters up to 40 mm.
Different screw sizes allow for different ranges of flow rates at
the same viscosity, pressure and speed.
The SLGP pump features a screw-to-pump housing with no metal
contact. This pump is capable of delivering non-lubricating
materials or corrosive materials. As the pump rotates, the two
engaged screws form a cavity along the pump casing.
The chamber is filled with a transport medium that delivers a high
pressure outlet from the inlet.
Very flexible: The design of the pump allows the pump to be
reversed simply by changing the direction of the shaft, and the
inlet becomes an outlet without any other changes.
This pump can reach 3600rpm.
Working Principle:
The principle of the SLGP series single-suction twin-screw pump is
in the cavity enclosed by the pump body. The two non-contact screws
continuously rotate to generate pressure and are delivered to the
pump outlet. This axial continuous motion creates a gentle low
pulse delivery. He has no centrifugal force, extrusion of the cam
rotor pump, and reciprocating pulse of the plunger pump, so it can
well protect the shape and size of the medium and the integrity of
the surface.
This twin-screw pump is not suitable for other volumetric pumps
because of the wide range of pump speeds - up to 3600 rpm, which
allows it to handle not only CIP and SIP but also different
material viscosities, temperatures, pressures or other High

The CIP and SIP processing cycle steps can be performed on a single
