Self-priming pump is specially designed to deal with the suction
material below the pump inlet level and the fluid material
conveying with a part of gas. The self-priming pump's self-priming
pump shell, self-priming pump cover and impeller are all made of
high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316L. Motor with stainless
steel cover. Inner surface mirror polishing roughness ra0.28um.
Outer cover wire drawing matte finish. Fully comply with GMP
requirements.
Self-priming pump is mainly used for self-priming type and liquid
transport containing part of gas in pharmaceutical, wine, food,
chemical, beverage and other industries.

Working principle:
Self-priming pump is to be able to absorb mixed with air or foam of
the liquid, even in the intermittent only air, so self-priming. The
self-priming pump has good performance, reasonable structure, small
volume and reliable use. Self-priming pump is applied to absorb
materials in the tank with the liquid level lower than the pump, or
in the CIP cleaning system, as a cleaning fluid return pump.
Self-priming pump structure introduction:
Self-priming pump is a single-stage self-priming positive
displacement pump, which is composed of cover, impeller, pump body
and motor. The impeller is shaped like star radiation, and the
cover of the pump body constitutes the inner cavity of the pump.
When the impeller rotates in the inner cavity of the pump, the
volume of the impeller spokes and the inner cavity increases
gradually from the suction mouth to the discharge outlet, and the
volume distance of the composition shrinks gradually. Therefore,
the liquid contained in the spokes of the impeller can be converted
into reciprocating action of suction and drainage, forming a
certain self-suction capacity.
