Main feature
| 1. This small automatic orange juice beverage filling machine
adopts direct connection between the air conveyor and the
in-feeding starwheel. It omits the in-feeding screw and the
conveying chain, making it simple to change bottles. Newly-designed
bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel. |
| 2. It adopts neck-hanging technology for bottle transportation.
Instead of traditional starwheel, neck-hanging gripper is applied
to make fast bottle changing, which requires only few parts to be
adjusted. |
| 3. This machine has stainless steel rinser grippers, which have no
contact to screw part of the bottle and cause no pollution to the
bottle neck. |
| 4. High-speed filling valve are equipped with perfect CIP system
and control system for easy rinse. |
| 5. The starwheel split adopts twist descending way for simple
bottle changing. Only the arc board and starwheel need to be
changed. It can be done within 10 minutes. |
| 6. The storage hopper has the characteristic of gas discharge, full
sealing and temperature detecting. In moderate and high speed
production line, the material distributor replaces the big liquid
tank to realize the complete CIP. |
| 7. Sanitary hot filling head system is of umbrella structure, high
filling speed. |
| 8. Perfect filling temperature control system. |
| 9. Return tank system has the function of supplying the material
automatically. |

plants. We do not make the bottle making machinery,
we have good quality bottle making machinery partner, and we
provide to customer same long warranty time and good after service.
3) How can I know the machinery quality before I order?
A: Frist, we will invite you visiting our factory to check the
machines quality, and show the machines running for you in our
factory.
4) What certificates you can provide?
A: Our factory provide the CE, SGS, ISO, and accroding to some
countries, we also can provide the Pvoc, Coc, Soncap...ect
5) Can your factory make the bottle drawing, workshop layout, and
labels for us?
A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop
layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.
