Octagonal tube is an important accessory for roller shutter door. Like roller shutter slats and roller shutter door guide track, octagonal tubes can also be produced by metal roll forming machine with interlocked/self-lock seam. Main material can be roll formed are galvanized steel coils with 0.5-1.2mm thickness. Steel coils go through the process of decoiling, infeeding guiding, punching, roll forming, cutting and finally come out the finished octagonal tubes.
