auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for
cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from
the open mills or twin screw extruder.

conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and
wig-wag stacking.

2. The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven
by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
3. Cooling fans are high-volume fans with optimal cooling effects.
4. Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an
automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic
packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed
the rubber extruder machine.
5. After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by
itself.
