Structure for Scratch Resistance Tester:
The device uses the pencil nib to compare the scratch resistance of
the coating; Apply 4&8N pressure to the pencil; Insert the pen
core into the hole where the hole is 45°, then the pencil nib
completely touches the bottom coating of the pot, and then draw a
2~5cm line on the coating; Judge the effect by the li:202nes drawn.

Operations steps:
1 Put the heating platform on the equipment, and power on it by
inset it’s plug to the socket on the equipment.
2 Put the sample cookware on the heating platform.
3 Put the sharpened pencil into the fixture with an included angle
of 45°, with the sharpened end facing the surface of the cookware,
and tighten the screw to fix the pencil.
4 Select the load according to the requirements, 4N is shown in the
left figure below, and a load accessory is added to make 8N.
5 Power on the equipment, select the test according to your
requirements.
Ambient temperature test: Test at room temperature, select 8N load;
High temperature test: Turn on the power of the heating platform to
start heating, set the temperature of the heating platform
(standard requirement is 200℃), and select 4N load.
Note: During the high temperature test, when the temperature
display of the heating platform reaches the set value, press the
start button to start scraping, and observe whether the speedometer
under the panel is the speed required for the test. If not, you can
adjust the speed controller on the panel.
6 Set test times.
7 After the test is completed, check whether the cookware meets the
requirements according to the standard.
Maintenance:
1 Before working, please check whether the fasteners are loose, and
make sure that the loose fasteners are locked.
2 Do not touch the surface of the heating platform when heating to
prevent burns.
3 Please remove the weight when it is not working.
4 Please cut off the power when not working.
