Luoyang Zhongtai Industries Co., Ltd. The company was founded in
1981 and finished joint stock reform in 2005. There are eight
subsidiaries and it's an independent legal entity with the
qualifications of operating import & export trade.
With a garden-like industrial park and modern standard plant
covering 80,000 square meters, ZTIC possesses advanced equipments,
technologies and detecting methods. After more than 30 years
development, the company has developed into a collectivized one
with product designing, manufacture, installation and technical
services as a whole. The products comprise all the equipments used
in mining, cement, metallurgy, construction as well as the related
accessories with high power reducer and large-sized castings &
forgings, etc.
Product presentation
According to the different grinding media and grinding materials,
it can be divided into: ball mill, column mill, rod mill, tube
mill, automill, rotary roller mill, vertical mill, multi-layer
vertical mill, vertical roller mill, disc mill, DMC mill and so on.
Ball Mill Machine
The grinding effect can be divided into two parts, one is the
grinding effect between the grinding body and the grinding body and
the simplified body, the second is the impact effect when the
grinding body falls, in order to improve the grinding efficiency
from these two aspects.
The "more crushing and less grinding" technology and process of
metal ore is a topic that has been mentioned for many years,
reducing the grinding particle size of the ball mill and adding a
pre-grinding or ultra-fine crushing process before the ball mill is
an important technical innovation for energy saving and consumption
reduction of mining enterprises.
The research of grinding technology is one of the key points in
mineral processing engineering technology.
The grinding process is to extrude, roll, impact and grind the ore
by the mill using energy, so that the useful mineral monomer in the
ore is cleaved (separated), which is conducive to the next stage of
the selection process.
