1. Product usage and characteristics

Vertical screw mill is mainly used in the grinding of metal ore, grinding and deep processing of non-metallic ore, comprehensive utilization of low grade minerals, extraction of useful elements in tailings and other mining industry, Powder metallurgy, mechanical alloying, metallurgical raw material processing, metallurgical waste residue utilization, cemented carbide production and other metallurgical industry and other industrial industries. Vertical spiral mill is to achieve the purpose of grinding and refining particles by means of agitation. 2. Technical features

A. Vertical spiral mill is mainly composed of transmission part, frame part, screw part, overhaul door, coarse grading equipment, screw installation tools and motor, reducer, etc., with simple structure and convenient maintenance.

B. The frame part is lined with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber, and installed with grid lining board or magnetic lining board to protect the frame and extend the service life.

C. The installation cycle is short, usually 2~4 weeks to complete the installation of the body.

D. The overall force of the mill is balanced, the foundation has no additional load, and the foundation design is simple.

E. When working, there is no impact inside, small loss of grinding medium.

F. Vertical spiral mill is divided into upper feeding and lower feeding two ways, according to the process of free choice.

G. PLC control, with sound and light alarm, fault diagnosis and other functions, realize the integration of electromechanical and hydraulic control.
