1. Overview, basic conditions
(1) Overview
Ball mill is the key equipment for material crushing after being
crushed. This type of mill is in its cylinder body into a certain
number of steel balls as grinding medium.

materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizer, black and
non-ferrous metal dressing and glass ceramics and other production

grindable materials. Ball mill is suitable for grinding all kinds
of ore and other materials, is widely used in mineral processing,
building materials and chemical industries, can be divided into dry
and wet grinding two ways. According to the different way of ore
discharge, it can be divided into two types: lattice type and
overflow type.

discharging end.

(5) Power Supply Conditions
Power supply: high-voltage three-phase four-wire 10kV, output
voltage range 10kV±10%, low-voltage three-phase four-wire 380V,
frequency 50Hz.
(6) Water Supply Conditions
Water quality: neutral and clean circulating water;Water
temperature: ≤30℃;Water pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.4mpa.
